GM Recruiting

Given our many years of overseeing the operations private clubs, the Club Ventures principals are uniquely qualified to lead a search for your next GM and to help in the final assessment process.  We can also help ensure that you are not overpaying for industry knowledge or experience that may get overrated in the process.  we are very experienced in matching the right person with the right opportunity.

Management Agreements

Club Ventures will also provide a more comprehensive Management Agreement if we share a view that this is the best option for your club.  Your club will get the benefit of all the services outlined above as well as the constant oversite of the management team, club systems, and delivered performance in all key areas.  Under these agreements Club Ventures would assume all operating responsibility, but report directly to the Board and/or club owner. 

Custom Support Plans

We can also customize more specific Functional Support Plans as needed. Typically these Plans would include the Board Consulting package along with a deeper level of planning, execution management, and accountability follow-up in key functional areas such as:

Sales and Marketing
